Tender description

Development of Community led Health and Wellbeing hub, including the formation of classrooms/teaching spaces and new office spaces. The works to be undertaken consist of internal refurbishment and alterations to Ground Floor & First Floor of the existing Building and alterations to outbuildings Bidders will be shortlisted on the basis of the ESPD submissions received. Those shortlisted will be invited to tender on the basis of quality and price.
