Refurbishment and alterations to shop frontage with renewal of lead flashing, new stall riser and replacement of entrance door. Refurbishment of external joinery doors and windows. Redecorations to external joinery. Stripping out the rear store to 14 LSW and formation of new disabled WC, upgrading of fire protection to stairwell serving first floor.
