Salen Primary School – 1140 Hours Provision RFI

The Council is looking to identify parties interested in delivering Salen Primary School – 1140 Hours Works as detailed in the RFI document. Procurement of works comprising of - 2no. single storey extensions to the existing school building to accommodate three primary classes suitable for max. 25 pupils and ASN Room with associated storage, wet play areas and WC access. - Internal alterations to existing primary classrooms to provide separate Gaelic and English Early Years facility comprising 2no. play areas with direct external access, associated snack kitchens, handwash areas, wet play areas, WCs, nappy change, new secure entrance vestibule, cloakroom and storage. - Internal alterations to existing meeting room, kitchen and upgrade of existing girls & boys WCs - Internal refurbishment and redecoration throughout. - An electrical rewire and lighting upgrade is also included within the project - External landscaping works
