The London Borough of Havering (‘LBH’) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its door and window replacement programme 2021-2026. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. Works will be delivered via fixed cost, SOR and quotation pricing pricing under a JCT measured term contract (as amended) for a maximum of 5 years (3 + 1 + 1). LBH is following a two-stage restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a selection questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices. The estimated value of the contract is GBP 10 000 000.00; however the value could increase to a maximum of GBP 20 000 000.00 over its Term. LBH is following a two-stage restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a selection questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH will shortlist a maximum of 7 bidders to be invited to tender under the second stage of the process.
