Remove existing cladding, insulation and windows and replace with – 1. Marley Eternit Cedral Click system cladding. 2. 75mm Kingspan or similar approved insulation. 3. New uPVC 70mm internally beaded profile double glazed windows 4. Renew gutter/downpipes. 5. Renew facia, soffits -UPVC. 6. Paint external doors and base of the building.
