Responsive Fire Risk Remedial Works Provider

Tender description

Gentoo Group are seeking to procure a Provider to deliver varying fire risk remedial works on a responsive basis. The works will include, but will not be limited to: compartmentation works and surveys, replacement of fire doors and other general works all designed to improve the fire resistance of low, medium and high rise blocks. The works will be required to be delivered on a responsive basis, within a number of calendar days of issue of an order. The repairs will be relatively minor as larger planned schemes have already been completed to the majority of these buildings and the repairs that are to be issued come as a result of reassessments.
