The London Borough of Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development of 49 new social rent homes (20 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed, 10 x 3 bed, and 2 x 4 bed) with 4 wheelchair accessible homes and associated landscaping and 278 works a site located at Rennie Estate, London, SE16 3PF. The council is building new council homes with an aim to build 11,000 by 2043 and is looking for contractors who will work with the council to deliver on its promises to residents and deliver homes that are: • Built to a good technical specification and of high quality; • Delivered on time and helping the council meet its future demand for housing; • Delivered on budget and offering excellent value for money
