To fulfil its vision and mission the Life Sciences Hub Wales regularly undertakes horizon scanning activity intended to identify new and upcoming innovation in the life sciences and medical technology sectors, the intention being to locate solutions that can be further developed, trialled and adopted in Wales. To enable this activity the Life Sciences Hub Wales requires access to a Market Sector Database that will enable business intelligence research and identification of companies within relevant sectors with whom to engage and collaborate in our role. Life Sciences Hub Wales wishes to procure access to an up-to-date and continually updated Market Sector Database to assist in the horizon scanning for emerging life science and medical technology solutions which can be further developed, trialled and adopted in Wales. The intention is to procure a global database that ensures that data related to Wales is granular enough for us to use the database as a Welsh industry search when required.
