Internal alterations, car park improvements and external works at Nidd House

Tender description

Remodelling of the Annexe building to provide a new entrance hall, bedroom, kitchen/dining area and Accessible WC to the ground floor. The new first floor layout will comprise a first floor entrance lobby, landing area, safe space room, lounge, accessible bathroom and two bedrooms. A new single staircase and wheelchair platform lift will also be included. External works to provide a new paved walkway, extending the existing car park, new parking bay line markings as well as providing a new fully insulated workshop located adjacent to the Annexe building.
