BHCC Major Capital Projects

Tender description

Brighton and Hove City Council is establishing a framework agreement to carry out major capital projects to council managed housing stock, and invites bidders to submit bids for a place on this framework agreement. Works will include, but are not limited to, new build construction works, conversion of use, loft conversions and extensions. Full details are provided in the Invitation To Tender. The framework will be split into two lots: Lot 1 will be for major capital projects with a value of up to and including GBP 300 000.00; Lot 2 will be for major capital projects with a value of over GBP 300 000.00. Up to 6 bidders will be awarded places on each lot. Bidders may apply for one lot only. All projects will be subject to a mini-competition process. All contractors that have been successfully allocated a place on one of the framework lots shall be invite to bid for each project. This framework agreement may also be accessed by Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council.
