Provision of Works to Upgrade the Deeside Way Phase 1 - Cambus O'May to Ballater

Tender description

Resurface with compacted aggregate and undertake associated drainge and fencing work to a section of the Deeside Way walking and cycling route, length 5.4km (approx). This is Phase 1 of the proposed works, 2 further phases of similar works (8.6km approx.) on the Deeside Way will be offered to the successful contractor on satisfactory completion of Phase 1 and available budget at a negotiated price. Phase 2 and 3 will be undertaken within 3 years of the date of the award of contract for Phase 1
