Award of Project Management Services/Client Agent (Various Projects)

Tender description

GWHA are awarding a contract to provide consultant services to oversee the execution of a number of large scale projects across the stock. The successful bidder will work directly for GWHA, initially leading the procurement of design teams and managing them from a client perspective. In this role you will act as Principal Designer pending appointment of Project Teams, adopt Project Management role with an emphasis of the role being Client Agent/representative, and under Contract Administrator duties for works onsite. The proposed appointment will run for the duration of the projects identified, aligning with GWHA's current 5yr investment plan projections. Anticipated duration of the contract is 5 years.
