Tender description

The Council is seeking a supplier of high quality fruit, vegetables, bread and morning goods for the Council operated site, Beehive Short Breaks Service. The Supplier must be able to provide a variety of Products to suit different tastes, avoid menu fatigue and respond to changes in food trends. Beehive Short Breaks Service will require a delivery two times per week and the Supplier must have the ability to correctly store and transport all Products in safe, secure, clearly labelled packaging. The Supplier must have appropriate procedures in place to ensure the identification and traceability of all ingredients, Products and services at any stage of processing and production. Arrangements must be in place for product recall and withdrawal which immediately remove unsafe Products from supply. Further information is contained within Section 2 – The Specification.
