CWF Lot 1A - Newtown Primary School - Essential Repairs

Tender description

The project is comprised of a number of forms of essential repairs predominantly to the external elements of the School buildings, which have a commonality and comprise of:\r \r • Localised slate and ridge tile repairs to pitched roof area's\r • Localised lead flashing repairs to both pitched and flat roof structures at abutments\r • Localised flat roof repairs \r • High level masonry repairs to brickwork\r • Low level masonry repairs to brickwork\r • Partial demolition & rebuilding of masonry boundary walls + repairs \r • Repairs to a defective internal suspended timber floor to a Classroom\r • Improvements to fire separation between Classrooms and the main corridor that runs for the length of the School \r \r This project will seek to make the identified areas where work is required, both weathertight and structurally sound.
