Tender description

Construction of new Craigend Resource Centre with provision of training kitchens, laundry, IT Room, Creche, WC's etc, comprising metal clad external walls with facing brickwork basecourse, Euroclad Vieo roof finish, windows and external doors, internal partitions, floor, wall and ceiling finishes and mechanical and electrical services with associated builderswork. The ESPD will be used to shortlist suitable contractors. Selected bidders will be issued with a pricing document and tender quality questionnaire.
