Tender description

UCC is inviting expressions of interests for reserved specialists for mechanical and electrical installations. The project consists of the construction of a new circa 9.480 m2, dental education and research building. The building will be primarily used as a dental school with ancillary education, research and innovation facilities including a central sterile services department, roof top plant enclosure and support service areas. The dental building will consist of 5 storey's with a combination of dental clinical spaces, minor surgery room, a Clean Disinfection Unit (CDU), teaching spaces, laboratories, office space, toilets, changing areas, store rooms, plant rooms, external facilities/FM yard, etc. Lot 1: comprises installation of mechanical services; Lot 2: comprises the Installation of electrical services.
