South Cambridgeshire District Council - Management Apprenticeships

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of Management Apprenticeships (Levels 6 and 7) for South Cambridgeshire District Council. This could be a mixture of our own staff that SCDC is looking to upskill. Equally this may require the provider to supply apprentice's to SCDC. These are specifically Qualifications measured against the Education & Skills Funding Agency Apprenticeship Standards. In addition, SCDC is looking for the provider to deliver training to the apprentices during the placement of the apprentice. Specifically, this is for the Chartered Managers' Degree Apprenticeship [CMDA] (Level 6) and the Senior Leader Master's Degree Apprenticeship [SLMDA] (Level 7), as set out in the following Apprenticeship standards: https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/chartered-manager/ https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/senior-leader-degree/ The contract is for a 4-year term with the option to extend each and every year for a further 2 years subject to the contract value being below the EU threshold.
