Tender description
Planned improvement, repair and maintenance works together with reactive repair works at various properties in Hertfordshire. Welwyn Garden City Housing Association (WGCHA) intends to enter into a new contract with BSG Property Services Ltd (BSG) which will award additional works in the estimated value of 640 000 GBP to BSG (the Contract) via an existing arrangement. The scope of the works includes: responsive repairs, cyclical works, works to void properties, planned works, aid and adaptations for residents, cleaning services, site supervisor services, and call handling for responsive repairs. The Contract will terminate on 31.3.2021 at which point a new contract will be entered into following a new procurement procedure.
