Theale Pavilion - refurbishment of community room and kitchen

Tender description

Contract is for renovation of the main hall room and kitchen of the sports pavilion in Theale. Work to include: deep cleaning of floors, minor repairs to floors and walls; repainting of walls, ceilings and window frames; reboarding and replacement of ceilings; replacement of small fittings such as door closers and lights; re-tiling in kitchen; replacement of kitchen cupboards and sink; replacement of kitchen oven; and minor electrics alteration. At a minimum, all tenders must include: - itemised costs - estimated time for completion of works - layout diagram for the kitchen - details of specific oven(s) model - details of kitchen cabinets design - suggested paint colour for walls - recommendations (i.e. not on the specification)
