The provision of services for the development of senior leaders in the House of Commons. The Authority wishes to contract with the University of Queensland for the provision of services for the development of senior leaders in the House of Commons using a model of ‘identity leadership’, which following detailed research, the Authority has identified as the best-supported model of leadership in academic literature and in terms of peer-reviewed evidence and the best fit for the Authority’s specific training needs.
