Tender description
This requirement is for a framework agreement for buildings maintenance works and small projects on the London Luton Airport Operations Ltd site for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the contract for a further period of two (2) years taken up by single one (1) year extensions 3 plus 1 plus 1, a total of 5 years. It is at the discretion of London Luton Airport as to whether the extensions are taken and London Luton Airport’s decision will be final. This tender is a zero value framework with no contractual commitment by LLAOL.
