Single storey extension to front elevation to adjoin existing lobby and to comprise of additional lobby space, library, admin. office and table/chair store. Single storey extension to rear elevation to adjoin existing Post Office and provide alternative means of escape and storage for Post Office staff. External works (primarily to front) comprising of new surface water drainage with connection to existing system, hard landscaping to suit new main entrance, removal of 2 no. trees and installation of new cycle shelter.
