Tender description

The client currently has circa 1 150 properties comprising around 450 commercial estate properties and around 700 non-commercial (corporate) properties, of which 448 are listed. These property assets cover a wide range of uses including car parks, care homes, community buildings, depots, heritage buildings, hostels, leisure facilities, offices, residential, retail, schools and workshops, amongst others. The client has a need to carry out planned and reactive minor building works and repairs to these properties and is seeking to put in place a framework to cover works such as these.
