Conwy Council were seeking to engage a contractor to carry out the replacement of the existing boiler and hot water system in the associated drawings, specification, price list and tender. In order to ensure that the work is completed with minimal disruption the heating was to be shut down in February half term (WC 17th February 2020) The works were for a complete working heating and hot water system to replace existing set up, including controls and any associated works. All works were to comply with all relevant standards and to be completed to the highest of standards. The works briefly involve the removal of existing boiler and gas fired water heaters. Removal of all controls. Modification of cold, hot and gas pipework The installation of 2 new wall hung boilers, new water heater and associated controls, flues and pipework.
