Boiler Replacement at Ysgol Cystennin

Tender description

The Scheme comprised, but was not limited to, the following works: • The replacement of the existing heating boiler plant and hot water calorifier located within the B013 Boiler Room including ancillary plant and equipment. • The installation of new heating controls, wiring and field devices. • Project to be carried out in phases to minimise disruption to the school. • The Contractor included for carrying out maximum preparatory work prior to shutting the heating down. • Contractor stated the anticipated heating shut down duration within the tender return email. The tender price was based on normal working hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. • The Contractor to take full advantage of the February half term period in order to minimise disruption to the school operation. All works are be completed by 31st March 2020.
