NI Water wishes to set up a strategic integrated partnerships framework to support delivery of its proposed water and sewerage capital investments. The IF105 Integrated Partnerships Framework will be set up as 3 multi-party lots (as set out further below). Economic operators are entitled to submit tenders for 1, several or for all separate individual lots of the framework. However please note that NI Water will not appoint the same economic operator or group of economic operators to more than one lot. This rule will not though preclude the appointment of an economic operator to one lot and the appointment of the same economic operator as part of a group of economic operators or as a subcontractor to another economic operator or group of economic operators on another lot.
