Tender description
**This contract has been awarded in 2019** Conwy County Borough Council have contracted a contractor to undertake the truncated reconstruction of the Grade 2 listed Victoria Pier structure at Colwyn Bay Promenade inclusive of works to the lower and upper promenades. Works included the strengthening of the lower sea defence wall, refurbishment of the remaining nine cast iron columns and installation of refurbished cast iron balustrades.
