Tender description

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership Procurement Services, hosted by Velindre Trust is seeking to procure a one year contract (with a one year extension option) for Cardiac Patient Transport with between hospital site’s in South Wales. St John’s ambulance provide a transport service which can offer the appropriate level of first aid to support the safe transfer of cardiac patients diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome. Patients are transferred from UHL, Nevill Hall, Royal Glamorgan and Prince Charles hospital to University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff for treatment. Once recovered, patients are transferred back to their base hospital on the same day.
