Refurbishment work

Tender description

The contracting authority invites requests to participate from economic operators for appointment to a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of various works relating to refurbishment/upgrades of existing building, upgrade of roofs to existing buildings and sewage treatment upgrades. The DPS will be divided into seven (7) categories as described below: Category 1: Refurbishment/upgrade of premises (building works) — up to EUR 500 000 Category 2: Refurbishment/upgrade of premises (building works) — between EUR 500 000 and EUR 1 500 000 Category 3: Upgrade of roofs to existing buildings — up to EUR 500 000 Category 4: Upgrade of roofs to existing buildings — between EUR 500 000 and EUR 1 500 000 Category 5: Sewage treatment works — up to EUR 400 000 Category 6: Sewage treatment works (design, build and operate) — package plants — up to EUR 400 000 Category 7: Sewage treatment works (design, build and operate) — MEICA plants — up to EUR 400 000. Candidates may apply for admission on one or more categories. The categories are further subdivided into geographical locations.
