Limerick Twenty Thirty Strategic Development DAC wish to appoint a Real Estate/Letting Agent for Project Opera, Limerick. The services to be provided include but are not limited to the following: 1) specialist consultancy services on letting/leasing/disposal strategy for development; 2) advisory services associated with financial modelling, maintenance/services charges, etc.; 3) marketing of development in association with marketing specialist; 4) liaison with contracting authority appointed design teams on designs for development.
