Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the construction of 2 x 1 bed bungalows and 2 x 2 bed bungalows at Maes William Williams, Amlwch with associated landscaping works, as per the guidance given in the tender documentation. Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2wales Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 09/10/2020. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
