Medina College Reception Works

Tender description

The Medina College (“the College”) invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (“Potential Suppliers”) for the provision of reception works at Medina College, Isle of Wight. This procurement process is being managed by the Isle of Wight Council on behalf of the College. The works are to include: Medina College Reception Area - Remodelling the existing entranceway, reception area and associated back of reception auxiliary rooms, creation of two separate secure entrances, one for students and one for guests. The office/reception area to become an openplan working space with an admin manager's office, separate student reception and mechanical equipment room. Medina College Toilet block - Remodelling one existing male and one female w/c to create 2no. unisex,openplan w/c areas. Temporary Visitor & Student Access - There will need to be a temporary access. There are some outbuildings by the parking area and one will be converted into a temporary office, so that during the works, visitors and students can be guided through to the building. They will enter the school in-between the two sets of w/c's that are included in the works. Keywords: Refurbishment
