Brief Description of Requirement: The Royal Observatory Edinburgh are seeking the services of a principal contractor to carry out refurbishment works to the Bruck Building office area. The current office area is extremely tired and dated and the opportunity now exists to greatly improve the working environment by carrying out the refurbishment works as detailed within the specification for this requirement. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
