External Redecoration and Repairs - Downpatrick/Carryduff/Portstewart

Tender description

The contract is for the external redecoration and repair works to external redecoration and repairs to various dwellings in Downpatrick, Carryduff and Portstewart. Proposed work shall include cleaning of roofs, mixture of cleaning existing PVC eaves detailings, cleaning existing rainwater goods and the removal and replacement of fascia, soffit and barge boards, new rainwater goods and redecoration of previously painted surfaces. External site works will comprise replacement timber fencing, mixture of cleaning existing hard surfaces and provision of new concrete paths. Works will also include the replacement of exterior grade flush doors to out-buildings.
