Red Kite Community Housing - Cyclical Painting and External Works

Tender description

This contract is for the re-decoration and associated repair works to the external areas and internal communal areas of Red Kite Community Housing's residential properties. The total anticipated value for the works is up to 1,500,000 GBP per year. The Contract is initially for a 3 year period. There will be an option to extend for a further 2 years in two separate one year extensions by agreement subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with European legislation.
