Janesfield Manor - External Underground Heating Pipework Replacement (Re-issue 2)

Tender description

The works comprise the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of replacement external underground low temperature hot water heating pipework to service 16nr cottages within a sheltered housing complex. The works include the forming of trenches, laying external heating pipework, removing redundant pipework connections and installing new pipework connections. Access will be required to 4nr cottages (bedroom cupboard) to permit new to existing pipework connections. As described within the contract documents.
