Works contractor and PSCS services for the refurbishment and redevelopment of the Drogheda Civic Offices complex located at Fair Street, Drogheda, Co. Louth within the designated Fair Street Architectural Conservation Area. The first phase of this project comprises of the following: — material alterations of the former Council Chamber Building - 54 Fair Street (Two Storey Protected Structure ref - DB-069b and NIAH ref. No 13618044); — material alterations of the former Community Services Building - 55-56 Fair Street (Two Storey Protected Structure ref No DB-082. NIAH ref. 13618045); — demolition of the existing Valhalla Building/provision of a new link building to link together the existing Council Office Building, former Council Chamber Building and former Community Services Building; — provision of an external landscaped public plaza located off Fair Street.
