Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is a Scottish Government agency responsible for managing Scotland’s national forests and land. FLS manages a large number of buildings ( including offices, stores, workshops and deer larders) across Scotland and requires contractors to provide building maintenance and improvement works. This PIN notice is for prior information and market engagement only. Market Engagement Questionnaire designed to gather market information is attached as an additional document for potential bidders who are interested in contributing their views. Lot 1: Building Maintenance- Lots TBC Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) is a Scottish Government agency responsible for managing Scotland’s national forests and land. FLS manages a large number of buildings ( including offices, stores, workshops and deer larders) across Scotland and requires contractors to provide building maintenance and improvement works. FLS currently has 3 framework agreements in place: FW0023 Building Maintenance and Improvement- Central Scotland FW0026 Building Maintenance and Improvement- North Scotland FW0027 Building Maintenance and Improvement- South Scotland Services and works procured through these frameworks include a variety of electrical, plumbing, joinery and builder work and are called off on either as emergency works, reactive maintenance works or planned maintenance works. As part of our procurement processes we are engaging with the market on a number of key matters. We are therefore, inviting suppliers to complete a questionnaire to provide FLS with information which may be utilised to inform the strategy and specification. This PIN Notice and associated questionnaire is for information gathering and market engagement only, this is not a call for competition. Lot 2: Building Maintenance As per Lot 1 Description. At this time we know there will be lotting, however we do not know how many lots or what will be separated into lots.
