Tender description

The Contract primarily involves the replacement of existing render clad external wall and soffit insultation panels to three storey townhouses, two storey flats and four storey maisonette properties throughout Johnstone and Linwood, Renfrewshire (refer Tender Document 8). The properties were upgraded between 2015 and 2017 with new render clad external wall insulation systems which was delivered by Eon Energy using the Wetherby specification included within the tender documents. The existing wall and soffit panels were removed by Sidey Ltd during a window and external door replacement contract undertaken between February and July 2019. The successful Contractor will be responsible for designing, supplying and reinstating the render clad external wall and soffit panel insulated systems in accordance with Wetherby’s specifications provided with the tender documentation. The successful contractor will be required to liaise with Wetherby before and during the works to ensure that Linstone Housing’s existing guarantee with Wetherby for the external wall and soffit insulation system is maintained.
