Tender description
The existing boiler and hot water plants operated continually year-round to meet the needs of the building occupiers but have now ceased functioning due to floor damaging. The existing heating boiler, hot water heaters, flues, sum pump, water storage tank and all associated pipe work and fittings shall be drained and removed from site.
