PROJECT DESCRIPTION - External wall insulation, minor works and redecoration and associated works to non-traditional homes. SUMMARY - Bromford Housing Group Limited requires the supply of high-quality refurbishment works to homes of non-traditional construction as set out and in accordance with the Specification and other Employer's Requirements supplied with the Invitation to Tender. The scope of the requirements under the contract will include : Major refurbishment works to 276 properties, & Minor refurbishment works to 270 properties. SITE LOCATIONS - The sites are located within and around North Bristol. Major works and minor works will be undertaken in the same areas, which shall include Cadbury Heath, Kingswood, Downend, Pucklechurch, Chipping Sodbury, Marshfield & Thornbury. CONTRACT DURATION work is expected to commence February 2021 & to be completed by September 2023. SOCIAL VALUE - Included within the contract will be a requirement for the awarded contractor to undertake "social value" works. This work is detailed in the Invitation to Tender documents.
