Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to clad sections of the external walls and roof with aluminium cladding to a 19 bed homeless temporary accommodation scheme at Spa Lane, Harrogate HG2 7JF. Works are required to start on w/c 24th August 2020. Harrogate Borough Council will provide the welfare facilities. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of any waste materials caused from their works. All works to comply with Building Control, LABC Specification and Contract Works Condition 1.
