Look Ahead are looking to procure a number of Contractors across London and the South East to support them in delivering their Responsive Repairs, Void Refurbishment, Gas Servicing/Repairs, Planned Works, Fire Remedial Works, Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance/Servicing and Fire Risk Assessment works. Look Ahead are looking to procure a number of Contractors across London and the South East to support them in delivering their Responsive Repairs, Void Refurbishment, Gas Servicing/Repairs, Planned Works, Fire Remedial Works, Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance/Servicing and Fire Risk Assessment works. Look Ahead are a specialist provider in delivering mental health, learning disabilities, homelessness and young people services. They deliver 113 care, support and accommodation services across 30 local authorities across London and the South East. Due to their specialist nature, Look Ahead are looking to procure Contractors who they can work in partnership with, ensuring that the specific needs and vulnerabilities of their Residents are respected and prioritised. The final packaging of the Lots within this opportunity is still to be finalised and will take on board Contractors comments and feedback during this PIN stage and the proposed Soft Market Test that will take place on the 15th September 2020 between 9am and 11am via Microsoft Teams. However, current considerations include: — Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment Contract split into three geographical Lots which would potentially incorporate one larger Contract within the M25 and two smaller Contracts to the East and West, at approx. GBP 1.9 million per annum combined — Planned and Cyclical Works undertaken by two Contractors at approx. GBP 2.15 million per annum combined — Gas Servicing and Repairs covering the full stock, unlotted at approx. GBP 800 000-1 million per annum — Fire Remedial Works Contract covering the full stock, unlotted at approx. GBP 2.5 million per annum — Fire Risk Assessment Contract covering the full stock, unlotted at approx. GBP 125 000 per annum — Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Contract covering the full stock, unlotted at approx.
