To appojnt a suitable contractor to carry out the refurbishment and upgrade of the exisiting school, to provide a fit for purpose facility. The aim and objectives of the contract is to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out the refurbishment and the upgrade of the existing school, which is a listed building, to provide a fit for purpose facility. This will be a multi-trade contract; consisting of external fabric / roof works and extensive internal refurbishment works including the upgrade/replacement of M&E systems.
