Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is considering the appointment of a development/investment partner through an OJEU compliant procedure, with the relevant experience, capability and resources to deliver the redevelopment of a key Solihull town centre site and secure the necessary funding. The site has the capacity to include a brand-new civic hub with high quality public spaces, new retail and leisure uses to connect the site with the existing town centre, and a new residential neighbourhood providing modern, sustainable homes in a town centre setting, to attract a new demographic of residential population, adding vibrancy to the scheme.
