Tender description

The scheme involves a full strip and replace of the existing roof tiles to the Admin Building on the Headquarters site. Existing roofing tiles will be removed and replaced with a new Marley Roofing Tile system. A small amount of other associated works are also included; internal making good works (redecoration and replacement ceiling tiles), replacing rainwater goods and insulating at roof level.
