Northampton Partnership Homes Repairs and Maintenance Framework

Tender description

Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services and works for its Repairs and Maintenance of housing stock in respect of the 21 Lots listed below. NPH will award up to a maximum of two preferred providers per Lot on a preferential tier, with the highest scoring provider for both price and quality (combined) being first choice, the second placed provider will only be used if the first cannot carry out the works within the given timescales. Each Lot on the Framework will operate for a period of 24 months with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months.
