Tender description

Works comprise the transformation of the current rear outdoor space into a stimulating multi-functional space for the children and staff. The proposed works are to replace old, concrete flags with exposed aggregate concrete, not only around the building but as part of new circuitous routes around the gardens. Works also comprise the installation of active equipment, sensory planting, nature areas and water play.
