Theale Pavilion - refurbishment of community room and kitchen

Tender description

Contract is for renovation of the main hall room and kitchen of the sports pavilion in Theale. Work to include: deep cleaning of floors, minor repairs to floors and walls; repainting of walls, ceilings and window frame; reboarding of ceilings; replacement of small fittings such as door closers and lights; re-tiling in kitchen; replacement of kitchen cupboards and sink; replacement of kitchen cooker; and minor electrics alteration.
