Trafford Council is seeking to procure a delivery partner for redevelopment of the former Trafford Magistrates Court site. Trafford Council are looking to: • procure a delivery partner or joint venture partner, providing development management and construction delivery expertise, • fund the scheme wholly, (or in part), • retain ownership (and operation) of any health hub facility (as per Option 1) in its new form at practical completion of the development. The delivery partner will be required to provide the following scope of services: Construction works (entering into a design and build contract with the Council to carry out the proposed works).
